The invention relates to measuring engineering and can be used at development of devices and systems for investigation or analysis of materials through determination of electro-chemical parameters of those. Analog-digital device for measurement of electro-chemical parameters of materials includes sensor and support element first electrodes of which are connected to the first output of the first source of support voltage and second ones – to inputs of first and second transformers current-voltage, respectively. Outputs of the first and second transformers current-voltage are connected to the first inputs of the first and second adders, respectively, second inputs of those are connected to the first output of the second source of support voltage. Outputs of the first and second adders are connected through the first and second integrators, respectively, to information inputs of the first and the second analog-digital transformers outputs of which are connected to block of digital data processing. The block through digital-analog transformer is connected to control input of the first source of support voltage and directly to block of external interface, memory block and block of synchronization that is connected to control inputs of both analog-digital transformers, memory block and block of external interface. Output of the last one is information output of the device, and its information input – information input of indicator. To common bus third electrodes of indicator and support element are connected, and second outputs of both sources of support voltage. The invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurement due to decrease of level of noise and errors at output of the device, linearization of transfer characteristic of measuring section and more complete use of its dynamical range. |
