PURPOSE: A laser apparatus for nondestructive inspection using the impulse wave visibility is provided to obtain normalized impulse waves in which the comparison error shrinks. CONSTITUTION: A laser apparatus for nondestructive inspection using the impulse wave visibility comprises an impulse wave generation part(210), an impulse wave measurement part(230) and a central control part(250). The impulse wave generation part transmits the impulse wave with object. The reflection laser beam reflected to the measurement laser beam which is income to object from object is detected. The impulse wave measurement part uses the interference laser beam which becomes from the interference of the standards laser beam and detected reflection laser beam. The impulse wave measurement part measures the impulse wave transmitted to the object. The impulse wave image generation part is created, and the impulse wave image about the impulse wave measured. The central control part decides the quality of object based on the detected particle defect.
