FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and can be used for operative treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation. Surgical instrument contains handle with bayonet-like end and slot. End has support site, transition step and hook at right angle to it. To handle along its length fixed is tube with placed in it with possibility of longitudinal movement rod with bent end. Bent end with its working chute-shaped surface faces hook working surface. Holder is made with possibility of holding rod in tube in specified position. On rear surface of bent rod end made is guiding tube with canal. Canal in working position faces hook and is at angle to its surface. In tube made is longitudinal slot for lever. Lever is fixed to rod. On other end of tube support projection is located. Two holding tenons are made on edges of working surface of rod bent end. ^ EFFECT: increase of surgical intervention quality, reduction of time of its carrying out due to reposition, retention of clavicle and ensuring more accurate guiding of boring canal in acromion with one instrument. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg |
