PURPOSE: A coolant composition with low water adsorption is provided, which can cool fire-extinguishing aerosol. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing coolant composition comprises: a step of manufacturing carboxymethylcellulosesodium salt in gel state by aging at temperature of 25-35 deg.C for 24-72 hours after mixing with water; a step of weighting magnesium carbonate, boric acid, hydrated calcium sulfate, and silicon dioxide and mixing them in a mixer for 5-15 minutes; and a step of mixing and drying the mixed powder and binder solution of the gel state. |
