The method involves determining time offsetting information between an event detection instant and network cycle reference instant. The time offsetting information is transmitted via a synchronous communication network during predetermined network cycle. A set of application data is transmitted to a frame starting counter through the synchronous communication network in lapse of limited time. The treated application data is transmitted to a counter of another predetermined network cycle subsequent to the former predetermined network cycle.
