PURPOSE: A demagnetizing device is provided to produce the sanitary metal can, by easily eliminating the foreign material due to the metal debris and static electricity. CONSTITUTION: A demagnetization unit(200) removes the magnetism of a metal can(103). A sterilization unit(300) comprises a sterilization lamp of ultra-violet rays(301). The sterilization unit sterilizes the metal can transferred to from the demagnetization unit. An electrostatic remove cleaner unit removes the static electricity of the metal can transferred to from the demagnetization unit. The electrostatic remove cleaner unit is used in order to remove the foreign material of the metal can. The electrostatic remove cleaner unit comprises ionizer more than two. The ionizers erupt the ionic air to the metal can. The ionizers erupt the ionic air towards the edge of the inner side of the inner side of the floor side of the metal can and metal can side.
