PURPOSE: A solar cogeneration system and an air-conditioning facility using the same are provided to protect a solar collecting unit in bad weather by covering a reflector with a transparent protector. CONSTITUTION: A solar cogeneration system comprises a plurality of solar collecting units(110) and a cooling water circulating part(120). The solar collecting unit comprises a first reflector(111), a second reflector(112), a lens, a photoelectric cell, a lens cooling part, a second reflector cooling part, and a protector. The first reflector is a concave mirror reflecting sunlight to the second reflector. The second reflector transmits the sunlight reflected by the first reflector to the lens. The lens concentrates the reflected sunlight to the photoelectric cell. The photoelectric cell generates electrical energy from the sunlight focused by the lens. Cooling water flows in the lens cooling part. The cooling water passing through the lens cooling part flows in the second reflector cooling part. The protector is made of a transparent protective film and protects the solar collecting unit in bad weather. The cooling water circulating part comprises a cooling water/air heat exchanger(121), a cooling water/thermal medium heat exchanger(122), and a pump(123). |
