<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick an optical film to a liquid crystal element in highly accurate positional relation without generating bubbles in between the liquid crystal element and the optical film. <P>SOLUTION: An optical film 31 is arranged on a porous stage 7 composed of a porous material, having an optical film mounting surface formed on a flat surface and housed in an openable closed container 1, so that a surface opposite to an adhesive surface of the optical film 31 is opposed to the stage 7. The air in the stage 7 is exhausted to the outside of the container 1 to reduce pressure in the stage 7, and the optical film 31 is sucked to the surface of the stage 7. The liquid crystal element 30 is arranged on the optical film 31 sucked to the stage 7, so that an optical film sticking surface is opposed to the optical film 31, and in a state that the container 1 is sealed and pressure in the container 1 is reduced. The suction of the optical film 31 due to pressure reduction of the stage 7 is released, and the optical film 31 is stuck to the liquid crystal element 30 from the center part to the circumferential edge part of the optical film 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
