PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for fabricating a condenser microphone unit that keeps a place necessary for preventing frequency-response deterioration to be airtight, a condenser microphone unit fabricated by the fabricating method, and a condenser microphone that incorporates the condenser microphone unit. SOLUTION: The method for fabricating the condenser microphone unit that includes a unit case 2; a diaphragm 4; an opposite electrode 5; a hollow lead-out electrode 7 that comes into contact with the opposite electrode; a fixing plate 8 that comes into contact with the lead-out electrode 7 and is fitted into an end portion of the unit case, the method includes: a coating step of applying an adhesive 15 onto the lead-out electrode 7; a building-in step of building the diaphragm 4, the opposite electrode 5, the lead-out electrode 7 and the fixing plate 8 in this order into the unit case 2; and a deformation step of deforming an open end portion of the unit case 2, in which the diaphragm 4, the opposite electrode 5, the lead-out electrode 7 and the fixing plate 8 are built, such that the fixing plate 8 is subjected to a stress and is bent.
