<p>The present invention relates to nanoparticulates, complex nanoparticulates, and a manufacturing method thereof. The nanoparticulates of the present invention which are gadolinium oxide nanoparticulates coated with the biocompatibility ligand can be used as a contrast media for diagnosing diseases such as brain illness, because of the capability to easily pass through the blood-brain barrier. Also, as the manufacturing method of the present invention is simpler than other manufacturing methods for contrast media, the manufacturing method of the present invention may reduce production costs and be utilized in the medical diagnosis field. Also, the contrast media including the complex nanoparticulates of the present invention contains complex particulates manufactured by coating gadolinium oxide particulates with manganese oxide, wherein the gadolinium oxide and the manganese oxide are conventionally used as main components of the contrast media. The complex nanoparticulates manufactured by combining the complex particulates and the biocompatibility ligand can maximize contrast effect and reduce ecotoxicity.</p> |
