A package (10) is made from a polymer film that includes a breachable bubble (28,30). The package can be flexible. The breachable bubble is for opening the package. In particular, the bubble, once breached, causes two opposing layers (12,14) to separate. The separated layers form peelable portions that can be peeled apart in order to access the contents of the package.
