PURPOSE: A hardware and a software for blocking an illegal website are provided to isolate a juvenile from a porno and harmful site by isolating connection when a website address set as a porno and harmful site is inputted. CONSTITUTION: A basic list checker performs the comparison and searching operation for an illegal and harmful website, and a basic list memory stores a list used by the basic list checker. The list is compared with a website address linked and inputted by the user. When the input or link for the website address is detected, a safe network driver installed at a computer confirms the operating state by transmitting and receiving data with the basic list checker. |
