PURPOSE: A multi stage muffler and an air conditioning product comprising the same are provided to dramatically reduce the noise of an air conditioning product and to achieve the miniaturization of the product. CONSTITUTION: A multi stage muffler(10) comprises a plurality of mufflers. The mufflers have different diameters and lengths and reduce the noises of different frequencies. A muffler with a small diameter and a short length is inserted into a muffler(21) with a large diameter and a long length. The fluid flowing in the multi stage muffler flows into the muffler(11) with a small diameter and a short length and flows through the muffler with a large diameter and a long length to outside. A hole(15) is formed in the sidewall of the muffler with a small diameter and a short length and fluid flows through the hole. The whole area of the hole is equal to or wider than that of the intake pipe of the muffler with a small diameter and a short length.
