CYSTINE-AMINO ACID COMPOSITE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cystine-amino acid composite as a functional component addible to foods and drinks or cosmetics; above all, a cystine-amino acid composite to take the synergistic effect that improves significantly each action in comparison with the case of individual administration of each of cystine and an amino acid; and a method for manufacturing the same; and a food or cosmetics mixed with the above cystine-amino acid composite.

SOLUTION: This cystine-amino acid composite is characterized in that the amino acid is bonded to the cystine. This cystine-amino acid composite is manufactured by way of a process of dissolving cystine in an alkaline solution with a pH not less than 10, and a process of forming the composite in a solution with a pH less than 10 by mixing while stirring the above cystine solution with a solution containing an amino acid dissolved in an acidic solution.
