<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which, when manufacturing a transparent member for a transparent radio wave absorber, a portion to be patterned is selectively patterned properly and debris can be restrained from being deposited on the transparent member. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the transparent member for the radio wave absorber including a transparent base and a patterned conductive layer formed on the transparent base, includes the steps of: (a) installing the conductive layer on the first surface of the transparent base; (b) installing an adhesive layer on the conductive layer; (c) patterning only the conductive layer, between the transparent base and the conductive layer, by irradiating the transparent base with a laser beam, having a substantially transparent wavelength, from the side of a second surface opposite to the first surface of the transparent base; and (d) removing the adhesive layer on the patterned conductive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
