<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which surely prevents a clip once mounted in a mounted member from coming off while improving workability when mounting the clip in the mounted member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The structure is equipped with a side spoiler S mounted on a vehicle body Bd and a clip 1 fitted to the vehicle body Bd. The side spoiler S is provided with a mounting seat 3 of the clip 1. The clip 1 contains a neck part 22. The mounting seat 3 contains a clip mounting passage 4 into which the neck part 22 of the clip 1 is inserted, an opening part 5 which is successively formed on a vehicle rear side in the clip mounting passage 4 so as to guide the neck part 22 to the inside of the clip mounting passage 4, and a stopper part 6 which prevents the neck part 22 inserted into clip mounting passage 4 from coming off from the opening part 5. The stopper 6 can be switched between a first state in which the neck part 22 is prevented from coming off from the opening part 5 and a second state in which the neck part 22 is allowed to be inserted into the opening part 5.
