<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a secular change of lumber and bamboo. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A secular change is prevented by means of a blending ratio of about 10% of a silicon and about 90% of Poron which is developed in this invention. The fiber of lumber can be subjected to permanent processing by adjusting a composition of a base blending stock, permeable silicon, silicon and a Poron liquid, and thus an effect for stopping the secular change can be obtained. While the deformation of lumber leads to the shrinkage and expansion of lumber due to an increase or decrease of moisture present in the cellular structure of the fiber of lumber, there can be obtained an effect for stopping the contraction and the expansion of lumber and an effect for eliminating warpage by using the base blending stock. In this case, lumber may be carbonized, but there may be an effect for preventing a fire.
