<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch positioning unit capable of surely positioning a pouch even such a case when a spout is mounted to a corner part of the pouch. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pouch positioning unit includes a pouch transfer base 10 for transferring the pouch P from a pouch supply position AP to a pouch positioning position BP in a state placing the pouch P, a pusher 20 for pushing the pouch P supplied to the pouch supply position AP in the pouch transfer base 10 to the pouch positioning position BP, a positioning stopper 30 where the pouch P pushed out to the pouch positioning position AP by the pusher 20 abuts, and an upper guide 40 disposed on the pouch transfer base 10. The pusher 40 comes into line contact with two sides adjacent to the pouch P, and the positioning stopper 30 comes into contact with three sides adjacent to the pouch P. The upper guide 40 suppresses the warping of the pouch P by holding the pouch P between the pouch and the pouch transfer base 10 at the pouch positioning position AP.
