A tracking system for monitoring the activities of a subject includes a device adapted to be worn by the subject. The device includes a sensor generating a signal representing the location of the subject or the activities performed by the subject. A central computer is in communication with the device to receive the signal therefrom. A computer program product is installed on the central computer. The computer program product analyzes the signal to produce a display depicting the location of the subject or the activities performed by the subject.
