<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing character strings which are actually input by a user from being seen by others. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes: a first display screen 13 for a user to visually recognize it; a second display screen 14 for making others visually recognize it; an operation part 2 which accepts input operation of characters; and a control part 3.
