Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a sensor substrate 7 on which a plurality of photoelectric transducers 6<SB>k</SB>are mounted to be arrayed, and a frame 8 holding the sensor substrate 7, the sensor substrate 7 comprises a positioning member 9 which is continuously mounted by a mounting means of the same coordinate system when mounting the photoelectric transducers 6<SB>k</SB>, and the frame 8 comprises a groove 10.
