<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral data processing device removing a noise properly, even when an output way of a noise is different according to a wavelength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When removing a noise from spectral data V, attention is paid to a value V(i) related to intensity of one light, and it is determined whether or not a difference value V(i)-T(i) is out of a range THL-THU determined by thresholds THL, THU. Then, when determined to be out thereof, a noise is regarded to be superimposed on the value V(i) related to the intensity of light, and the value V(i) related to the intensity of the light is replaced with a value V'(i) which is closer to a reference value T(i). The processing is performed to all values V(1), V(2), etc., V(m) related to the intensity of the light, to thereby obtain spectral data V' from which the noise is removed.
