POWER GENERATION MEMBER AND POWER GENERATION DEVICE USING THE SAME, AND POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation member which generates a high power, a power generation device which uses the member, and a power generation system.

SOLUTION: A power generation member 1 includes: a piezoelectric element 2 having electrodes 2a, 2c formed on both main surfaces of sheet-shaped piezoelectric ceramics 2b; a pressing member 3 which presses the piezoelectric element 2 from one of the main surfaces; and a support member 4 which supports the piezoelectric element 2 at the other main surface. The support member 4 supports the periphery of the piezoelectric element 2. The pressing member 3 presses the piezoelectric element 2 by the flat pressing plane inside the support member 4. The piezoelectric ceramic 2b is sufficiently bent by the pressure energy generated when a human being walks or the vibration energy generated when a vehicle runs. Thus, a large distortion can be obtained so as to reduce the compensation of electric charge generated and effectively obtain a high power.
