<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired voltage without depending on boosting multiples of a booster circuit and to effectively utilize a capacitor which is not used for boosting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Output voltage Vpr of the booster circuit 24 is divided by resistors R5, R6. Voltage of a difference between the divided voltage Vback and reference voltage Vref is amplified by an operational amplifier 23, and fed back to the booster circuit 24 to be boosted. By repeating such operations, desired stable output voltage Vpr is obtained. The output voltage Vpr obtained in this way is divided into driving voltage V0-V4 by a voltage division circuit 22 to be supplied to a row driver and a column driver. In addition, a booster capacitor Cpr which does not contribute to boosting is used as a stabilization capacitor Cst by switching connection between output potential and grounding potential of the booster circuit 24, and is used as an auxiliary capacitor by connecting to other boosting capacitors in parallel.
