PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor in which poor bonding between positive electrodes of a capacitor element hardly occurs. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor is configured as follows. A plurality of capacitor elements are laminated while positive electrodes 11a, 11a of two capacitor elements adjacent to each other are electrically connected to each other by welding. Laser welding can be used for welding. Welded parts 91, 91, wherein positive electrodes 11a, 11a of a first capacitor element 1A and a second capacitor element 1B adjacent to each other are welded, and welded parts 92, 92, wherein positive electrodes 11a, 11a of the second capacitor element 1B and a third capacitor element 1C adjacent to each other are welded, are vertically deviated from each other with respect to the lamination direction.
