PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing non-combustible lubricant and the non-combustible lubricant are provided to improve shear stability of the non-combustible lubricant forming a metal anticorrosive coating film on a moving surface of a compression engine and to maximize thermal stability and anticorrosive performance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing non-combustible lubricant comprises the following steps: mixing 21~30% of lubricating base oil(NH chemical, N1820), 30~34% of refined warm water, 10~20% of polyethylene glycol 300, 13~23% of ethylene glycol for one hour at 40°C; and filtering the mixture using a filter of 3 μm after mixing a metal anticorrosive coating agent(Isopropyl MEA), neodecanoic acid, and caprylic acid for two hours at 20°C. |
