A system comprising: a processing device 600 arranged to send and receive data to and from a network 604 and comprising an output device and schedule request input; a first server 606 also arranged to send and receive data to and from a network 604; the processing device 600 being arranged to allow a user to select specified schedule information by use of the schedule request input for output on the device; and the processing device 600 being further arranged, upon an input to the schedule request input to connect to the server 606 across a network and obtain the specified schedule information therefrom and to output the schedule information on the output device.
