PURPOSE: A receiver for receiving a rod for connecting the rod to a bone fixing element and a bone fixing device including the same are provided to prevent jamming between a locking ring and a head receiver by forming a curved part on the inner surface of a locking ring. CONSTITUTION: A receiver body(5) comprises a rod receiver(9) and a head receiver(16). The load receiver has a channel for receiving the rod. The head receiver receives a head(3) of a bone fixing element. The outer surface of the head receiver is curved to insert and clamp the head. A locking ring(8) receives the head receiver. The curved part is formed on the inner surface of the locking ring to pressurize the outer surface of the head receiver.
