Producing apparatus of silver ion water mixing Low and High Voltage and its producing method therefor

An apparatus and a method for the production of silver ion water are provided to solve a problem that an increase in current makes it difficult to mass-produce silver ion water and prevent deterioration in quality of silver ion water by adopting a method using low voltage together with high voltage. An apparatus for the production of silver ion water using low voltage together with high voltage comprises: a pair of right silver plate(10) and left silver plate(10') to which electrodes(11) are connected; an electrolyzer(20) which contains the right and left silver plates and water, and which contains silver ion water generated by electrolysis of the right and left silver plates; and a power supply part(30) for sequentially applying a low voltage and a high voltage to the right silver plate and the left silver plate through the electrodes. The apparatus further comprises: a pump part(40) for pumping water from a water tank(90) containing raw water to inject water into the electrolyzer through a water supply pipe(60); a storage tank(100) for collecting silver ion water contained in the electrolyzer through a discharge pipe(70); and a filter part(50) for removing impurities of water injected into the electrolyzer. Further, an outputting voltage of a low voltage of the power supply part is 60 to 100V, and an outputting current of the low voltage is 10 to 50 mA.
