PURPOSE: An apparatus for a dart game and a method for the game are provided to simplify the circuit configuration and to improve the driving rate of system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for a dart game includes: more than one functional unit(100) which performs more than one detail functions to drive the dart game; a control unit(200) which recognizes the functional unit and senses whether the functional unit is installed or not; and a game driving part(300) which decides the driving mode of the dart game based on the combination of the functional unit and drives the dart game to the decided game mode. The functional unit can be attached/detached in the control unit.
