<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide racket string excellent both in the durability and hitting capability relative to the conventional string, and excellent also in the stretching property, volume productivity and economic efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The monofilament for the racket string is obtained by melting and spinning the mixture of nylon resin (A) whose melting point is in the range from 180°C to 200°C and nylon resin (B) whose melting point is in the range from 200°C to 240°C, and increasing the temperature of the monofilament from the normal temperature to 300°C at the temperature raising speed of 10°C/minute by using the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The peak temperature on the high-temperature side among a plurality of melting point peaks acquired in first measurement (first run) is in the range of the melting point of the nylon resin (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
