<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal and a radio communication system which can prevent duplicate execution of application processing, without having to depend on the application. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A RAM 106 stores first identifying information for identifying a radio communication terminal on the other side which has established a radio communication, at a data link layer protocol level of the radio communication. After radio communication disconnection, a communication controller 103 transmits a connection request of the data link layer protocol level to the radio communication terminal, on the other side which performs a new radio communication. Also, the communication controller 103 receives a response to the connection request, including second identifying information identifying the radio communication terminal on the other side at the data link layer protocol level. A CPU 100 determines whether transmission/reception of data of an application layer protocol level is performed through the radio communication established with the radio communication terminal on the other side which has transmitted the response, based on a result of comparison between the first identifying information and the second identifying information.
