<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash reduced in machining of the ends of a frame and allowing easy assembly of styles and rails without looseness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sash includes a sash frame 1 and a paper sliding door 2 mounted into the sash frame. The paper sliding door has a panel 5 fitted into a frame formed of styles 4a, 4b and rails 3a, 3b. The styles and rails are joined by taking the ends of the rails 3a, 3b on one side into the ends of the styles 4a, 4b on the other side. The styles and rails have projecting pieces 6, 7 projected to the inner peripheral side, on one side in an indoor-outdoor direction. The projecting pieces are provided with airtight member holding parts 8a, 8b recessed on the other side face in the indoor-outdoor direction, and the projecting pieces 6 of the rails 3a, 3b on one side have bent parts 9 bent to one side in the indoor-outdoor direction. The airtight holding parts 8a are provided on the tip side further than the bent parts 9. The airtight member holding parts 8a, 8b of the styles and rails are arranged on the same plane, and the projecting pieces 6 of the rails 3a, 3b on one side are cut off from the bent parts 9 at the joint parts of the styles and rails.
