PURPOSE: A navigation device and a method of guiding a driving route using the same are provided to re-search a route simply and rapidly by enabling to select the re-search on a driving route. CONSTITUTION: A navigation device(110) comprises a position information generating unit(140), a data storage unit(150), an input unit, and an image processing unit(170). The position information generating unit generates the location coordinate value of a moving object. The data storage unit stores a map data which can be changed to an electronic map, and information on interested point. The input unit performs the drag and drop operation on the electronic map. A controller searches a second driving route varying a first driving route to pass a drop point but not to pass a drag start point on the electronic map. The image processing unit outputs picture data corresponding to the electronic map. The input unit forms a touch panel which can be installed integrally with the picture on the image output unit.
