PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of adjusting positions of three-dimensional gathers and capable of effectively preventing leakage of urine from the absorbent article. SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes: an absorber 22; a top sheet 18; a back sheet 20; three-dimensional gathers 26a and 26b disposed at least on both sides of the absorber 22; and band-shaped stretching members 71a and 71b whose one ends 71x and 71y are fixed at least to the pair of left and right three-dimensional gathers 26a and 26b, respectively. The stretching members 71a and 71b have fastening parts 72 which can fix the stretching members 71a and 71b in such a state that the three-dimensional gathers 26a and 26b are stretched from side edges of the absorber 22 toward the outside of the side edges.
