<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat attachment structure of a rearmost row seat in a compact bus that is improved in loading ability of a cargo into a cargo space while a sufficient strength is maintained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seat attachment structure includes a backrest frame 41 of a seat 20 formed by coupling a rear seat frame 46 extending over a substantially entire area in a vehicle width direction with an opening end part of a substantially U-shaped frame opened downwardly, a seat frame 42 of a seat 20 which is arranged in a vehicle front and rear direction and whose a rear part is coupled at a lower end of the backrest frame 41, and a ladder-shaped supporting member 80 extending below the seat frames 42 in the vehicle width direction and whose both ends are fixed to inside parts of a vehicle body. The seat frames 42 are placed on and fixed to the supporting member 80, and parts of the seat frames 42 opposing to the inside parts of a vehicle body 100 are fixed to seat rails 108, respectively.
