<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system superior in durability, reducing electric power consumption, and reducing a ghost reflection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This lighting system 10 of a bus includes a control circuit 20 connected with a plurality of room lamps 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d of aligning and arranging a plurality of LED11 on a substrate, a room lamp switch 5 for lighting these room lamps 4, a night illuminating switch 6 and a speed sensor 7. When detecting that the bus 1 travels via the speed sensor 7 in a state of tuning on the room lamp switch 5 and turning on the night illuminating switch 6, the LED 11 of the front 1/3 of the room lamp 4a existing in the forefront part among the plurality of room lamps 4 is turned off, and the ghost reflection on front glass is restrained.
