PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a natural rubber masterbatch with excellent dispersibility of carbon black, and improving moldability, low pyrogenicity and fatigue resistance when compounded in a rubber composition, by controlling particle size of rubber particles in a natural rubber latex and that of carbon black in carbon black slurry. SOLUTION: The method for producing a masterbatch includes steps of: mixing a natural rubber latex with slurry with carbon black dispersed in water, and coagulating and separating a mixture of natural rubber and carbon black from the resulting mixed solution. The 90 vol.% particle diameter of the carbon black in the slurry is ≤10 μm, and a ratio of 90 vol.% particle diameter of the carbon black in the slurry to that of the rubber particles in the rubber latex is 0.1-10.
