PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having characteristics of a lactic acid polymer such as biodegradability and also high antimicrobial properties. SOLUTION: The composition is produced by combining a lactic acid oligomer and a metallic salt thereof, wherein the average polymerization degree of the lactic acid oligomer and the metallic salt thereof is preferably 2-100.
