<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylenic resin for extrusion lamination, excellent in high speed processability and capable of obtaining laminates excellent in impact strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There is provided an ethylenic resin for extrusion lamination, satisfying the all of the following conditions: (a) the density is 890-930 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, (b) the melt flow rate (MFR) is 0.8-10 g/10 min, (c) the flow activation energy (Ea) is less than 50 kJ/mol, (d) Mz/Mw is 3.5-15, (e) (Mz/Mw)/(Mw/Mn)≥0.9, and (f) the ratio of the eluted resin amount at 100°C or higher, measured by the temperature increasing elution fractionation method is less than 1 wt.% (based on 100 wt.% ethylenic resin weight).
