<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated article which can easily be removed from the surface to be coated, a method for forming the coated article, and a powder coating used in the method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coated article includes at least one of microcapsules capable of leaking the contents by heating and microcapsules expandable by heating, and the microcapsules are unevenly distributed in the vicinity of the surface to be coated. A mode where the microcapsules capable of leaking the contents by heating contain a releasing agent, a mode where the microcapsules expandable by heating contain a gas forming agent, and the like are desirable.
