PURPOSE: A system for operating a medical portal and a recording medium therefor are provided to enable a patient or a guardian to effectively receive a medial service through a loan. CONSTITUTION: A medical portal server(105) inquires, checks, and provides information related to a medical expense based on at least one information received from a patient caring server(100). A financial institution server(110) provides a loan by receiving an approval of a patient or a guardian according to a request of the medical portal server. An insurance company server(115) provides payable insurance money information according to the medical portal server. |
