PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity, and to enhance precision in detection of the temperature of a liquid. SOLUTION: This head chip 21 includes a chip body 34 including an actuator plate 30, a cover plate 31 and a nozzle plate 33, and a temperature sensor 50 for detecting a temperature of the liquid filled in a groove 35 formed in the actuator plate 30, and delivers the liquid in the groove 35 through a nozzle hole 33a, by impressing a drive voltage of a level determined based on a detection value detected by the temperature sensor 50, to a drive electrode 37 formed in a side wall 36 of the groove 35, to deform the side wall 36. The temperature sensor 50 is arranged on an outer circumferential face of the chip body 34, and is connected electrically to an outside via a drawn wire 51 formed in the chip body 34 and extended up to a mounting part 30a of the actuator plate 30.
