LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A low noise amplifier is provided to reduce interference between frequency signals with different bands by amplifying the frequency signal with different bands. CONSTITUTION: An input match unit(110) impedance-matches input signal. A first transistor(121) includes a gate which is connected to the input matching unit and grounded source. The first terminal of a tuning unit is connected to the drain of the first transistor. The source of a second transistor(122) is connected to the second terminal of the tuning unit. A first output matching unit is connected to the drain and the power terminal of the second transistor. The source of a third transistor(123) is connected to the third terminal of the tuning unit. A second output matching unit(170) is connected to the drain and the power terminal of the third transistor.
