PURPOSE: A receiver and a bone fixing device including the same are provided to reduce costs by locking a head through a single locking ring. CONSTITUTION: A receiver body comprises a rod receiver(9) and a head receiver(16). The load receiver has a channel for receiving the rod. The head receiver receives a head(3) of a bone fixing element. The head receiver has an open end. A locking ring(8) surrounds the head receiver. The locking ring or receiver body comprises a spring unit(83). The spring unit cooperates with the receiver body or locking ring.
