<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal preventing a deterioration in fastening performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The battery terminal 10 includes an electrode holder 21 bent in an arc shape and fit to a battery post 80; an upper fastening part 25 and a lower fastening part 26 projecting so as to counter each other from both ends of the electrode holder 21 and arranged aslant in the direction parallel to the axis of the battery post 80; and a fixing member 60 passing through the fasting parts 25, 26 and mounted on them and making approach both fastening parts 25, 26 by fastening them and reducing the diameter of the electrode holder 21. The upper fastening part 25 and the lower fastening part 26 have an upper displacement regulation piece 31 and a lower displacement regulation piece 32 regulating mutual center slippage caused by fastening the fixing member 60 by being engaged mutually.
