<p>PURPOSE: A touch spot location recognizing device and a method thereof are provided to effectively obtain a touch spot on a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A wave motion transmitting module(200) comprises a wave transmitting unit and a synchronous signal generating unit. The synchronous signal generating unit generates a synchronizing signal for informing a transmitting time of wave motion to a wave motion receiving unit. The wave motion receiving unit receives a synchronizing signal transmitted from the synchronous signal generating unit, wave motion transmitted from the wave motion transmitting unit, and wave motion diffusely reflected from a touch spot of a display device. A location calculating unit calculates a location of the touch spot on the display device based on a received time of wave motions received from the wave receiving unit.</p> |
