PURPOSE: A down link map generating method, a device thereof, a down link map receiving method, and a device thereof are provided to normally receive a down link burst corresponding to a down link map information element where an error was not generated. CONSTITUTION: A map information element managing part(202) generates a down link map information element corresponding to a downlink burst. The map information element managing part generates the counted number information of the down link map information element and the length information of each down link map information element. A map construction part(208) constitutes down link map including common information element, the length information of each down link map information element, and down link map information element. The common information element decodes the down link bursts which is to be allocated in the down link subframe.
