PURPOSE: A two-cap open type packing container is provided to eliminate the space between content and an inner wall of the container by reducing inner space by pressurizing a lower stopper and to enable a user to use two cap of the container. CONSTITUTION: An open type packing container(100) comprises: a main body(102); covers(101A,101B) which are combined with the main body through a hinge unit(202) and closes an opening which is formed on the cross section of the main body; a lower cover unit which is inserted into the main body; a loop(104); a hook hanger. The packing container is capable of reducing noise due to content is bumped against an inner wall by reducing an inner space using a pressurization unit.
