<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cleanse cell clusters to collect the cell clusters removed from unnecessary components (impurities). Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cell treatment device 1 includes: a vessel body 4 including a cylindrically surfaced sidewall 4a, and a plurality of recessed parts 4b outside radially at spacings in the direction of the circumference of the sidewall 4a, wherein the vessel body is rotated around the central axis of the sidewall 4a with a cell suspension contained; a cleansing liquid feed pipe 6 with outlets 6a disposed near the bottom surface of each of the recessed parts 4b; and a suction pipe 5 with suction ports 5a disposed standing against the sidewall 4a among mutually adjacent recessed parts 4b.
